Welcome to joya nai. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between joya nai and you. By registering on the platform or using our services in any capacity, you are deemed to have accepted all of these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Account Eligibility & Registration

To open an account with joya nai, you must meet the following requirements. These conditions are an integral part of our Terms and Conditions, and failure to comply may result in account termination at joya nai's discretion.

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older. joya nai strictly enforces an 18+ policy. Age is verified at registration, and proof of identity may be requested at any time if there is reasonable cause for doubt. Any account found to be operated by a minor will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

1.2 One Account Policy

Each person may only register one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same mobile number, device, or payment method is strictly prohibited. joya nai's system automatically detects duplicate accounts, and all bonuses and winnings earned from such accounts will be void.

1.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Opening an account with false or fabricated details is strictly prohibited. During KYC verification, you may be required to submit a National ID card, passport, or birth certificate.

2. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

2.1 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from your own payment account. Depositing via a third party's mobile banking number is strictly prohibited. In such cases, joya nai may return the deposit and place the account under investigation.

2.2 Withdrawal Terms

Your account must have a completed KYC verification before you can make a withdrawal. Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for your deposit. Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

3. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Joya nai offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which should be read in full before claiming. General bonus rules that apply across all offers are outlined below.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of BDT 5,000. A minimum deposit of BDT 200 is required to qualify. To withdraw bonus funds, you must complete wagering of 10x the total bonus amount. The Welcome Bonus can only be claimed once.

3.2 Reload Bonus & Weekly Offers

Regular members receive weekly reload bonuses, cashback, and special promotional offers on select occasions. Each offer has its own validity period, wagering requirements, and maximum limits, all of which are detailed on the promotions page. joya nai reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

3.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to manipulate the bonus system — such as using multiple accounts, placing artificial bets, or arbitrage betting — is strictly prohibited. If detected, the associated bonuses and winnings will be forfeited and the account will be closed.

4. Betting Rules

Before placing a bet on joya nai, please familiarise yourself with the rules below. These rules apply to all game types — Sports Betting, Live Casino, and fish games.

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a technical error causes an unclear outcome, joya nai reserves the right to void the bet and refund the wagered amount.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned in Sports Betting, the wagered amount will be refunded.
• No bets are accepted in Live Casino after the dealer has announced the close of betting.
• Any bet placed by exploiting a system or software error will be considered void.
• If match-fixing or unusual betting patterns are detected, the relevant bets and account will be subject to investigation.

4.1 Maximum Win Limit

The maximum payout from a single bet varies by game and market. In general, a maximum of BDT 500,000 in winnings may be withdrawn from a single account per day. Amounts exceeding this limit will be subject to additional verification procedures.

5. Responsible Gaming Policy

Joya nai is an entertainment platform — not a source of income. We place the highest importance on the mental health and financial wellbeing of every member. Responsible gaming is an integral part of our Terms and Conditions.

• Deposit Limit Setting: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Bet Limit: Set your own maximum stake per bet.
• Session Time Limit: You can set a limit on how long you play in a single session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Disable your account temporarily or permanently — from 6 months to indefinite.

6. Account Closure & Consequences of Policy Violations

Joya nai reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Providing false or inaccurate information at registration.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to manipulate the bonus system.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Harassment of other members or staff.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software or systems.

In the event of an account closure, any remaining balance from real deposits will be refunded; however, funds derived from bonuses or flagged transactions may be forfeited.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute regarding a transaction or bet must be submitted in writing to joya nai Support within 30 days of the incident. Our team typically resolves disputes within 3–5 business days. If both parties cannot reach an agreement, the matter will be referred to a neutral third-party arbitrator. Full details of the dispute resolution process are available from our Support team.

8. Limitation of Liability

Joya nai accepts no liability for the following:

• Bets or sessions lost due to internet connection issues.
• Faults in third-party software or devices.
• Account information leaked due to the user's own negligence.
• Temporary service disruptions caused by unexpected technical failures.

However, if a member suffers a loss due to a fault on the platform itself, joya nai will make reasonable efforts to provide appropriate compensation.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Joya nai reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via in-app notifications or email. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
